Front Office Substitute
Edith Bowen Laboratory School at Utah State University is seeking an Office Assistant Substitute to work in the main office. This is an as-needed position with availability between the hours of 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday during the EBLS school year.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Let visitors in through the front door buzz-in system
- Assist students with needs
- Check in/Check out visitors
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Dependable

About the workplace
Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not necessarily occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
