Responsibilities

  • Leading customer-centric consulting initiatives to enhance client experiences and drive business growth
  • Analyzing customer touchpoints and designing personalized journey maps to improve satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies using data-driven insights
  • Managing client accounts and overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
  • Utilizing customer data management techniques to optimize service design and delivery
  • Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with leadership to maintain consistent quality and timelines across projects
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Holding oneself and team members accountable to uphold professional standards and reinforce the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Customer Experience (CX) Strategy and Design
  • Utilizing Customer Data Management (CDM) for strategic insights
  • Excelling in Customer Journey Analysis and Customer Segmentation
  • Embracing change and fostering innovation in client engagements
  • Developing skills in Business Process Improvement and Trend Analysis
  • Mentoring team members to enhance their professional growth

Qualifications

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000.
  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
  • All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
