About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff and clients.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and inviting.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
