About the role

A master multitasker and memory maker, you'll be responsible for handling guest check-in and check-out processes, managing guest issues, and supporting the Guest Services and Front Office teams. Enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll create unique and meaningful experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out processes, including room credits, keys, and special requests.
  • Operate the PBX and Radio paging systems according to procedures.
  • Manage guest issues effectively, ensuring both guest needs and business objectives are met.
  • Conduct follow-up with guests and team members to ensure satisfaction.
  • Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations on behalf of guests.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in cash handling and computerized Point of Sale system preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Qualifications

Eligibility for perks is dependent on job status. Hourly Pay: $22.00.
