About the role

As an Operations Administrator, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the operational aspects of our company run smoothly. In this role, you will collaborate with sales representatives, the operations team, vendor partners, project managers, coordinators, and others.

Responsibilities

  • General reception and front desk coverage for a high-volume office
  • Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls
  • Data entry and filing
  • General customer service
  • Administrative support to sales, operations, and management teams
  • Inventory, ordering, and stocking of corporate office supplies
  • Review and distribute department correspondence/mail
  • Assist with and/or assume responsibility for a variety of small projects within the corporate office
  • Vendor account maintenance
  • Invoice reconciliation and tracking
  • Assist in planning and execution of corporate office events
  • Perform notary duties (certified notary opportunity available)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional business environment
  • Excellent business verbal and written communication skills
  • Action-oriented with drive, energy, and a need to finish tasks well
  • Quick learner; open to change and able to navigate new situations effectively
  • Adheres to core values; trusted, direct, and truthful; can admit mistakes
  • Creates effective peer relationships; seen as a team player; encourages collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of construction terms
  • Prior logistics experience
  • Experience with Copilot and Oracle

Special Considerations

Extended periods of time sitting and working on a computer.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, on-site.
