Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls; respond to general inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments as needed
- Collect and verify client forms and documentation
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
- Follow up on new referrals and assist with outreach efforts
- Ensure all required intake forms are collected and uploaded to client charts
- Reach out to individuals awaiting engagement in services
- New Paths Program Support
- Aid program staff with coordination and communication for the New Paths program
- Prepare and support clients in completing required documentation
- Follow up with clients enrolled in the program to support ongoing engagement
- Help with scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks related to New Paths
- Explain available services and treatment options to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and referrals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outreach, case management, or related roles within the behavioral health field
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with diverse populations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation and reporting
- Bilingual (Brazilian Portuguese/English) and/or certification as a Recovery Coach an asset
