Job Summary

The role of a Front Office Coordinator/Floater is to ensure that the office flow is running smoothly. They are the first face that is seen as anyone walks into PA Care at Home Services and they are to greet every single client with a smile and respect. They are also the first person that they speak to on the phone, always being courteous and helpful.

About the role

The FOC/Floater reports directly to the CEO and the Executive Partner. They greet and ensure everyone signs in, performs general office duties including monitoring phone, fax, email, word processing, and other electronic media for patient photocopies, scanning, filing, shredding, referrals throughout the day, sorting/distributing mail, providing reception, and demonstrating commitment to excellent and telephone services, both internal and external customer service. They maintain the office clean and sanitized at all times, assist in PCA applications if coordinators are not available, sweep daily, mop twice a week, and coordinate with the PCA Supervisor to remove trash from the front area and the kitchenette area at the end of the day. They send daily or weekly reports of calls received and prepare all required on-boarding documents (admission-packets and new hire-packets), assist with testing set-up and scheduling (my learning etc), open and close the office depending on the shift, adhere to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements of PA Care at Home Services for the Department of Health, OLTL, and MCOs, and provide reports to office staff of calls received.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Receptionist experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
