About the role
Call Your Mother is the Jew-ish deli where Boca meets Brooklyn, grandma-level hospitality meets seriously good bagel sandwiches, and hard work meets face-melting vibes. Husband-and-wife team Andrew and Chef Dani built Call Your Mother around a simple idea: make scrumptious, nostalgic food and unforgettable experiences without being bougie or taking ourselves too seriously.
Responsibilities
You'll offer guests a heaping helping of good ol’ Call Your Mother Hospitality, brew the best coffee in the whole wide world, ring in orders, deliver scrumptious food accurately and with flair, keep the shop looking sparkly clean, be the expert on ALL things Call Your Mother, and lend a helping hand wherever and whenever your teammates are in need.
Requirements
You'd rather stay active than stare at the clock, grasp the importance of hospitality, are outgoing, and digging our big BIG V.I.B.E.S.(Vibrancy, Integrity, Belonging, Energy and Seize the Moment). You have integrity and take pride in doing the right thing for others, even when nobody's watching. You see this as a team sport without big egos and jump in when a teammate is in need. You think committing a regular guest’s order to memory, creating a secret handshake or something as simple as remembering a guest’s name is pretty pretty pretty cool. You are a morning person with weekend availability and like to reserve your evenings to spend how you please!
Qualifications
No prior experience is necessary, as we hire folks with a wide range of backgrounds. Our team is an eclectic mix of restaurant workers, teachers, retail associates, baristas, students, parents, and people working their very first job. The right attitude is more important than a polished resume.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively; standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements; lifting up to 50 pounds; and safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity. This role also requires working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and occasionally working in confined spaces. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.
