Front of House Supervisor

About the role

Topgolf is a high-energy sports entertainment venue where every shift is unique, every guest brings their own energy, and the team makes it happen. This role is for a Front of House Supervisor who leads the team in delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor
• Serve as a coach and developer for the team
• Ensure operational responsibilities like opening, closing, and managing the flow of the venue are handled efficiently
• Drive associate engagement and create an environment where people are proud to work
• Execute opening and closing procedures with consistency and attention to detail
• Manage shift flow and adjust in real time when necessary
• Assist with other business functions as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for leading people
• Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
• Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks consistently throughout the workday
• Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a venue environment
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while performing desk-based tasks

Pay

Min $17.50 – Max $22.00

Schedule

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.
