- Train and mentor new team members to build a strong, skilled workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, biology, or business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the cannabis industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of cannabis cultivation, extraction, and product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with project management and process improvement.
