We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate etc. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it—never emit heading with filler placeholder. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting: It's a Front of House team description, includes summary/objective, hospitality standards, core values, essential functions, role specifics (bartender, server/events, host), competencies, work environment, physical demands, position type and expected hours, travel, preferred education and experience, other duties. We need to map to sections: About the role (summary/objective), Responsibilities (list of duties per role), Requirements (preferred education/experience, certifications, legal age, etc.), Qualifications (maybe core values/hospitality standards?), Skills (competencies), Benefits (none mentioned), Pay (none), Schedule (position type and expected hours). Also maybe Work Environment and Physical Demands could be part of Responsibilities or separate? But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include only those with substantive content. Benefits, Pay not present => omit. Schedule present => include Schedule section. Work Environment and Physical Demands could be part of Responsibilities or maybe Qualifications? But we can include them under Responsibilities as they describe duties/conditions. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can embed them in

under Responsibilities or maybe create a separate section like "Work Environment" but not allowed heading. So we must fit into allowed headings. Thus we can have:

    About the role

    ... summary/objective ...

    Responsibilities

    • ... list of duties ...
We need to include hospitality standards, core values, essential functions, role-specific duties, competencies, work environment, physical demands. Could be many list items.

    Requirements

    • ... preferred education/experience, legal age, IPACT certification if in Iowa, etc.

    Qualifications

maybe core values and hospitality standards? Or we could put core values under Qualifications. But we already used About the role for summary; Responsibilities for duties; Requirements for education/experience; Qualifications for core values/hospitality standards/ competencies? But we also have Skills heading for competencies. So we need to decide. We have Competencies section: Customer Focused, Positive attitude, Team player, Detail oriented, etc. That fits Skills. Thus: - About the role: summary/objective paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties (including hospitality standards? maybe not; hospitality standards are more about behavior expectations; could be part of Responsibilities or Qualifications. But we have Qualifications for core values/hospitality standards? Let's think: The posting includes "Big Grove Hospitality Standards" and "Core Values". Those are like expectations/qualifications. Could be placed under Qualifications. Thus:

    Qualifications

    • ... hospitality standards items ...
    • ... core values items ...

    Skills

    • ... competencies list ...

    Schedule

... position type and expected hours ...

We also need to include Work Environment and Physical Demands somewhere. Could be under Responsibilities as part of duties (like "Work environment: fast-paced, customer-focused...") or under Qualifications? Probably Responsibilities. Thus Responsibilities list items will include: delivering relentless hospitality, preparing/serving beverages, understanding menus, maintaining bar, etc., plus work environment details, physical demands. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit any details. So we need to include each piece of info. Let's extract details: Summary/Objective paragraph: "Our Front of House team is accountable for providing amazing experiences for our guests. This is achieved through what we call Relentless Hospitality. Our Front of House positions should exuberate our hospitality standards, listed below. If you read them and get excited about creating this kind of culture with a really great group of people- please apply to join the team!" Then list of Hospitality Standards (many bullet-like sentences). We need to preserve them as list items. Then Core Values list: Set the Tone, Thirst for Improvement, We Care, Practice Candor, Passion Driven. Then Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made... (but that's boilerplate? It's about accommodations; maybe we keep as part of Responsibilities? It's substantive but could be considered boilerplate? It's a standard statement; but we should preserve unless it's boilerplate like EEO. It's not explicitly cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning. It's about reasonable accommodations; could be kept. However we might consider it as part of Responsibilities? It's a statement about accommodations; we can keep as a paragraph. Then "Every FOH position has slightly different job duties. Here are the top for each role:" then details for Bartender, Server/Events, Host. We need to preserve each duty. Then Competencies list: Customer Focused, Must be able to solve problems, Positive attitude, Team player approach, Detail oriented, Thorough and Organized, Be high performing with the ability to look at business as a whole, communicate with all people, collaborate with all departments, work to solve organizational problems, and accomplish goals. Contribute to and exemplify Big Grove values, vision, standards, and culture. Then Work Environment paragraph. Then Physical Demands paragraph with bullet-like details. Then Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: "We are hiring both Full time and Part time positions. Hours of work/ days may vary from week to week. Schedules will be posted 2 weeks prior to allow time for employees to be informed of work requirements. The business is open 7 days a week during many different parts of the day. Evening and weekends are a key requirement." Then Travel: "No travel is expected for this position." Then Preferred Education and Experience: "High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of related experience working in a high volume restaurant or taproom preferred. If starting as a server or bartender, you must have prior serving or bartending experience. Must be of legal age to serve and bartend per state law Must have current IPACT certification if located in Iowa; we will have other alcohol training in other states" Then Other Duties: note about job description not comprehensive. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Other Duties" paragraph is not boilerplate; it's a note about job description not comprehensive; we should keep? It's substantive? It's a disclaimer but not EEO. Probably keep. We also need to remove duplicated lines: I see some duplicated? Not obvious. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
