Front of House Manager - Uchi Newport (Come train with us at Uchi West Hollywood!)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Front of House Manager for Uchi Newport Beach. The position requires temporary relocation to train at Uchi West Hollywood.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible dining experiences for guests
• Guide and direct the FOH service team
• Work cohesively with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager
• Manage a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standards
• Communicate effectively with guests and other employees
• Perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and restocking
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Work in various temperature conditions
• Respond to customer needs quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace
• Work in close proximity to coworkers
• Tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors
• Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a high volume and full service restaurant setting
• Evening and weekend availability
• Exposure to P&L reporting, inventory procedures, and strong food and beverage knowledge (preferred)

$70K - $85K depending on experience
