About the role
The Front of House Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant. This position helps lead the service team, supports the development of staff, and ensures that every guest experience reflects Hai Hospitality’s standards of thoughtful, genuine hospitality. Our managers work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service excellence, support team growth, and uphold the culture of the restaurant.
Responsibilities

- Build long-term careers and pursue leadership roles across markets
Requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and in a variety of temperatures
- Able to lift, push, or pull objects to reconfigure seating arrangements, use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, and maintain a neat and organized workspace
- Able to move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs, tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors, and maintain a professional and hygienic appearance
- Able to understand and communicate effectively with Leadership and coworkers
