- Provide proper training and coaching to ensure new hires are equipped to succeed

Well-thought-out delegation to direct reports so they can deservedly grow upwards
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to direct reports in a way that empowers them to grow and advance within the organization
- Ensure that direct reports are given opportunities to take on more challenging roles and responsibilities
High-performance operations that garners return customers through tantalizing, well executed food quality and customer service
- Ensure that operations are run efficiently and effectively

Proper scheduling to cover shifts that are aligned with labor budgets
- Develop and implement a scheduling plan that optimizes labor costs while ensuring adequate coverage
- Stay informed about staffing needs and adjust schedules accordingly
Support Kitchen Manager with food cost control
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager to manage food costs and ensure budgetary compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
Inventorying and ordering of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and maintaining cost of goods targets
- Manage inventory levels of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Maintain cost of goods targets to ensure financial efficiency
Complying to food safety requirements by state and local authorities and the ability to inspire direct reports to oversee that requirement
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to
- Inspire direct reports to uphold food safety standards and practices
Supports the General Manager to ensure operations are as efficient as possible
- Work closely with the General Manager to optimize operations and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Supports the General Manager to ensure facility and equipment maintenance is performed as needed
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure facilities and equipment are maintained and functioning properly
- Ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed promptly
Ensure standardization and consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Establish and enforce consistent food preparation and presentation standards
- Train staff on best practices and ensure adherence to these standards
