About the role
Responsible for managing the front of house operations at Ian’s Pizza Verona, including greeting customers, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and motivate a team of servers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant management or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food service operations and customer service principles.
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
