Join Our Team as a Front of House Manager!
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of high-volume management experience to join our team as a Front of House Manager. This role involves overseeing Front of House, Pickleball, and Back of House operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with food and alcohol standards, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere.
- Hire and terminate team members with department managers and promote employee growth through training on customer service techniques.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards, as well as state and federal food and alcohol guidelines.
- Manage the restaurant's brand, respond to customer complaints, and implement policies for continuous improvement.
- Encourage ongoing skill development through training programs and online courses.
- Participate in the dynamic environment of Chicken N Pickle, where employees average around 10,000 steps per day.
