About the role

This role plays a key part in the day-to-day success of the restaurant by guiding front-of-house team members, supporting service standards, and helping create outstanding experiences for every Guest.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support daily front-of-house operations
  • Lead pre-shift huddles and ensure teams are prepared for service
  • Train, coach, and mentor servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and service execution
  • Provide ongoing feedback and help team members improve their skills
  • Support scheduling, labor goals, and smooth daily operations
  • Jump in to assist with service during busy periods when needed
  • Handle Guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
  • Ensure adherence to food safety practices and company procedures
  • Communicate maintenance or operational needs to the appropriate teams
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the restaurant

Requirements

  • At least 2 years front of house experience in restaurants, hospitality, or a related service environment
  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
