About the role

Restaurant Associates is seeking a full-time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR at Hudson River Trading - 175 Greenwich Street, 76th Floor, New York, NY 10007.

Responsibilities

  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Maintains marketing by confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisor or management experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Skills

  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

$25.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full time; Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
