FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Canteen is hiring a full-time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in Kansas City, MO. Online applications are accepted. The position offers a range of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, plus additional employee referral bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing, setup, execution, and breakdown activities for events.
- Ensure venue readiness and compliance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and operational standards.
- Manage backstage operations, premium suites, and hospitality services during events.
- Cook artists, VIP guests, resident organizations, and event clients' needs.
- Lead event-day logistics and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications
- Previous high-volume catering, bar, and customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Schedule
Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary, based on business needs.
Pay
$25.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour.
Requirements
Previous high volume catering, bar, and customer service experience preferred.
