FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
Job Summary
Maintains high quality food service operations and ensures adherence to quality assurance standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
- Monitors staff performance, ensuring quality assurance standards are met and the operation is clean and organized.
- Maintains marketing materials, confirming signage is current and appropriate.
- Enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
About the Role
We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. Location: Rivian - 100 Rivian Motorway, Normal, IL 61761. Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 4:30 am - 12:30 pm. More details upon interview. Requirement: Barista experience required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Pay Range: $22.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour.
