FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary

Maintains high quality products and service in the food service operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Maintains marketing, ensuring current and appropriate signage.
• Upholds policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Pay

• Fixed Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Full time schedule. Thursday - Monday, 8-hour days.
• Start as early as 7:30 am and can go to 6:30 pm for closing shifts.
