Position Summary: The Front of House Floor Supervisor assists in the daily oversight of all front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest receives outstanding hospitality while supporting the restaurant, bar, events, and golf simulator experience. This role works closely with management to lead service, coach team members, maintain operational standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who is organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
