Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide education and assistance to guests, members, and patients regarding R3VIVE products and services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
  • Recommend products offered to support and enhance their goals.
  • Carefully coordinate scheduling, rebooking, cross-booking, and upgrading patients in line with their current care plans, including consultations and follow-up care calls.
  • Ensure compliance with the clinic's policies and follow R3VIVE protocols and scheduling.
  • Optimize member, guest, and patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization.
  • Obtain, record, and update patient information to maintain accounts.
  • Manage financial records, collect patient charges, verify and expedite third-party invoices and fulfillments.
  • Support the business office inventory and equipment by checking stock, anticipating supply needs, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and coordinating with the office manager for scheduling equipment services and repairs.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Engage in shared decision-making with administration and other members of the medical team before and after therapy.

  • Adaptability to changing demands of the department; highly flexible.
  • A working knowledge of basic math and modern office procedures is required.
  • Excellent communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Establish effective working relationships with other employees and external suppliers.

Educations Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted.
  • Able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently.
  • Moderate range of body motions.
