About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web and Mobile Software Developer to join our remote team, based in Coral Springs, FL. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and responsive digital platforms that improve patient care and streamline healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, Optimizely CMS, and cross-platform mobile development, with a strong focus on security and API integration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to create innovative solutions that comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end web and mobile development
  • Proficiency with Optimizely CMS (Episerver) and at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, Angular)
  • Experience building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or similar frameworks
  • Strong understanding of JWT-based authentication, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Entra External ID (Azure AD B2C / CIAM)
  • Knowledge of RESTful API integration and testing tools such as Postman
  • Proficiency in Microsoft.NET, Razor Pages, MVC, and MVVM patterns
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Optimizely CMS solutions, including reusable components, templates, and content-driven experiences
  • Create responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Implement and optimize front-end applications utilizing React, Vue.js, and Angular frameworks
  • Build cross-platform mobile applications with React Native, ensuring consistency and shared logic between web and mobile platforms
  • Integrate secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT tokens and Azure Entra External ID
  • Secure API communications through access tokens, refresh tokens, and role-based access control
  • Conduct regular security audits, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, and implement best practices to prevent vulnerabilities
  • Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and services, collaborating with back-end teams to define API standards and error handling
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions to ensure code quality and project success
  • Support troubleshooting and resolve front-end, mobile, and API issues across different environments
  • Document software architecture, design principles, and deployment processes comprehensively
  • Engage with management and team members to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational policies
