About the Opportunity

The Software Developer for Mobile and Web Apps will contribute to client success by taking ownership of project outcomes and engaging in meaningful software development projects. The role involves understanding client goals, proactive communication, and responsibility for project success. Developers may lead projects, mentor teammates, or be primary technical contacts depending on experience. The position supports diverse applications, including mental health support tools, IoT device monitoring, and innovative mobile and web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using various technologies.
• Understand client objectives to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Communicate proactively with clients and team members.
• Take ownership of project outcomes from start to finish.
• Lead projects or mentor other developers as appropriate.
• Integrate AI coding tools effectively to enhance development quality and speed.

Requirements
