Front End Supervisor

JOB DETAILS Job Summary The Front-End Supervisor supports front-end operations by assisting with daily oversight of customer service activities, transaction accuracy, and team performance. This role ensures front-end processes are followed and contributes to maintaining an efficient and customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processingAssist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepanciesProvide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operationsEnsure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficientlyAssist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issuesSupport scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staffHelp enforce company procedures and policies at the front-endCommunicate operational issues or concerns to management Qualifications Previous experience in retail, customer service, or front-end operationsBasic understanding of cash handling processesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProblem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience in a supervisory or lead roleFamiliarity with front-end operations and processesExperience in high-volume retail environments Work Environment / Expectations Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
