About the role
The Front-End Supervisor supports front-end operations by assisting with daily oversight of customer service activities, transaction accuracy, and team performance. This role ensures front-end processes are followed and contributes to maintaining an efficient and customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
- Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
- Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
- Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
- Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
- Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
- Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end
- Communicate operational issues or concerns to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or front-end operations
- Basic understanding of cash handling processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Familiarity with front-end operations and processes
- Experience in high-volume retail environments
Work Environment
Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
