Front End Engineer

About the role

The Intermediate Front End Engineer will play a crucial role in the engineering team at Ether.fi, contributing to the development of core products that users interact with daily. This position involves working closely with designers to translate Figma designs into user-friendly interfaces while ensuring the highest standards of code quality.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside other engineers to deliver high-quality, reliable code and uphold engineering excellence.
• Plan and implement complex front-end components, maintaining and enhancing our core products.
• Develop DeFi integrations to enable users to sign transactions and manage their funds through a client-side interface.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices in front-end codebases and assist in large-scale refactoring efforts.

Requirements

• Strong foundational skills in software engineering and problem-solving.
• A keen sense for design and attention to detail, evidenced by impressive products with substantial user bases.
• Two to five years of professional coding experience.
• A drive to excel and a willingness to put in extra effort to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with web3 technologies is a plus.

Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and related frameworks.
• Understanding of modern web development trends and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
