Front End Developer, Sr.

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end components of Esprow's financial web applications. Your work will directly impact the usability, responsiveness, and visual appeal of our products, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting new projects from inception to deployment, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

The ideal candidate should have between 3 to 6 years of experience in modern front-end development, with a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient web interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in front-end development
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React.js framework
• Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, styled-components, and immutability libraries such as Immer
• Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSocket APIs, and data formats like JSON and XML
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks and methodologies
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking
• Experience with modern development tools, build systems, deployment, and monitoring tools
• Some familiarity with jQuery and Bootstrap for legacy code support and migration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a team environment
• Basic or higher proficiency in English language skills

Responsibilities

• Take a proactive role in designing and developing functional, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces for Esprow's web-based technologies
• Collaborate effectively with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to achieve seamless integration and optimal user experience
• Implement new features and enhancements to existing products, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards
• Review, optimize, and refactor front-end code for performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Contribute to the development of new products from scratch by bringing innovative ideas and technical expertise
• Participate in testing front-end components to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility of web interfaces
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of your code and responsibilities; share knowledge with team members
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely solutions to ensure project continuity
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve development processes
