About the role

Captivation Software has an immediate need for a Front-End Developer to support Reporting Tool Suite Sustainment efforts. The role focuses on development and sustainment of a project tool that tracks, administers, and archives requests for mission-critical published intelligence reports used by the Intelligence Community and partners worldwide. Efforts include enhancing Section 508 accessibility of the current interface and redeveloping a new frontend to incorporate Section 508 accessibility capabilities in a modern user interface.

The main project is a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain front-end components for intelligence reporting tools
  • Enhance Section 508 accessibility of existing and new interfaces
  • Troubleshoot and maintain interfaces between multiple applications
  • Analyze requirements, develop software, and perform testing and problem diagnosis/resolution

Requirements

  • Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph (U.S. citizenship required)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis/resolution
  • Master’s degree can substitute for two (2) years of experience

Benefits

  • Annual salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (depends on years of experience)
  • Up to 20% 401k contribution (no matching required, vested from day 1)
