About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will build intuitive applications that meet complex customer needs while working alongside other talented engineers. You will have the opportunity to work with modern tools and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field as part of a dynamic and collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications.
- Write, review, and maintain JavaScript, CSS, and HTML code.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to build holistic user experiences.
- Help define and interact with REST-based APIs.
- Troubleshoot customer-reported issues in applications and provide support.
- Write unit tests and conduct quality assurance testing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A current Secret level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Modern Front End Frameworks and Libraries (e.g., Vue, React, Angular), and a Bachelor’s in a related field; OR 0 years relevant experience with a Master’s in a related field; OR a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
- Experience with the Agile software lifecycle.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Git, Nexus, Maven).
- Comfortable working on a Linux command line.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and work well both independently and in a team setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to review information and compile data as needed.
- DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certification will be required within 60 days of employment.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment, spending an average of 1-2 days per week at our Greenville, SC office. Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and use of standard software development tool suites (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Youtrack, Github).
- Current Top Secret level U.S. Government security clearance.

Pay
Anticipated salary range: $74,485.00 - $105,000.00. The range is based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. Final offers consider factors such as the role's function, internal equity, and a candidate's education, work experience, certifications, and key skills. Occasionally, positions may include additional non-recurrent compensation, which will be addressed during the interview process.
