Responsibilities
- Lead front-end development efforts across ecommerce, branded, store, and corporate web platforms to deliver consistent and effective user experiences.
- Partner with business stakeholders, leadership, and third-party providers to gather requirements and shape practical digital solutions.
- Review wireframes, concepts, and interaction models, offering technical input and usability recommendations to strengthen designs throughout development.
- Define and improve site structure, page flow, navigation, and functional behavior to support both customer needs and business objectives.
- Convert strategy, research findings, and user experience principles into responsive, scalable web interfaces and application features.
- Cook up with information systems and related teams to ensure web solutions align with company standards, governance expectations, and operational processes.
- Support compliance-focused website practices by helping maintain auditable controls and legally sound digital experiences.
- Monitor site enhancements and defects, troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and participate in testing to maintain quality and performance.
- Create documentation such as interaction diagrams, process flows, and architecture maps to communicate front-end solutions and technical direction.
- Manage competing priorities effectively, identify areas that need deeper analysis, and deliver quality work within fast-moving project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing consumer-facing websites or digital interfaces.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- At least 3 years of web programming or software logic experience in front-end development environments.
- Working knowledge of React.js and other modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience using web design and development tools such as Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with usability testing methods and the ability to apply findings to improve digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of cross-browser behavior, rendering differences, and performance considerations across platforms such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.
