Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Develop backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and tools
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js)
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Go, PHP, etc.)
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
- Experience using version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working in a fast-paced or agency-style environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision benefits provided
Work Environment
- Full-time, onsite role (5 days/week)
