Responsible for developing and implementing the client's mission and strategic plan, overseeing operational activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. Manages financial viability, sets up new practices, and monitors staffing and patient flow.

Success Profile

Requires strong management skills, experience in physician practice management, and proficiency in practice management systems and EHR. Demonstrates initiative, judgment, and self-direction, and possesses excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
