What You’ll Do
- Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service.
- Support front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and motivate front desk clerks.
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and cash handling.
- Cookordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for special requests, early arrivals, and late checkouts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and guest confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of front desk experience and leadership experience, within hospitality.
- A High School Diploma or GED required.
- A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team, resolve issues, and keep morale high.
- Computer proficiency and prior cash-handling experience.
- Dependability, professionalism, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$20.00 per hour
