Front Desk Supervisor
Located in the heart of Del Mar, L’Auberge is an award-winning, luxury resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean from one of Southern California’s most picturesque coastal Villages. Estate-style guest rooms and suites, a full-service spa, dreamy dining options, tennis courts, and an inviting ocean-view pool are just a few reasons why you would be proud to work here.
About the role
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in creating an exceptional arrival and departure experience for our guests. Working closely with the Front Office Management team, you will help oversee the daily operation of the Front Office and ensure our team consistently delivers the elevated level of service expected at Noble House Hotels & Resorts.
This is a highly visible leadership position where your presence, communication, and ability to lead by example directly influence both the guest and team member experience. You will serve as a resource for our Front Office team, helping to create an environment where colleagues feel supported, empowered, and motivated to deliver memorable hospitality.
The Front Office Supervisor will assist with room type management, daily operational oversight, training and development, team member relations, communication, recognition, and overall Front Office performance. You will also actively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, resolve concerns, and look for opportunities to personalize their experience.
