Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless registration process, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience
• Expertly manage transactions, maintaining precision in all cash handling
• Offer a warm, genuine welcome that makes each guest feel unique
• Resolve guest inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset that enhances their stay
• Elevate guest interactions by integrating our Mystery Shopper Standards
• Lead and inspire a team of talented front desk agents, guiding them as the manager on duty

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a strong penchant for guest services
• Previous guest service experience is crucial; demonstrate your knack for making guests feel special
• Possess the agility to make swift decisions that bolster both guest satisfaction and team support
• Bring excellent communication skills and a professional poise that reflects our brand
