Front Desk Supervisor – Falcon Point

About the role

Falcon Point, a beautifully situated 58-unit Vacation Ownership property on the shores of Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO, is searching for a motivated, career-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This leadership development role is designed for future leaders with aspirations of becoming a Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager, or even a Real Estate Broker within our organization. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the property while honing the skills needed to advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in through check-out.
• Address guest requests and complaints, providing timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Support financial tasks, mail and packages, supply ordering, Owner Relations, and Reservations.
• Serve as an on-call resource as needed.
• Lead the Front Desk team, maintain resort standards and policies, build morale, and create schedules to ensure proper staffing.
• Lead by example and consistently deliver a high level of guest and owner service.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in hospitality or customer service in a Front Desk role.
• Prior leadership experience in hospitality preferred.
• Effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution.
• Comfort managing multifaceted projects alongside daily responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with owners, guests, board members, and the public.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and the RDP Reservations System preferred.

A four-year college degree is preferred but not required.

Pay

$26 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, year-round. Varies depending on business demand; includes weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
