Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the company, greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments and installations for our team of technicians.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about our services.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and office environment.
- Assist with the coordination of mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative assistant role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and a high degree of professionalism.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the HVAC or a related trade industry is advantageous but not essential.
Pay
A competitive hourly wage of USD $29.00 - $45.00.
