Front Desk Sales Associate

Position Summary

The SPENGA Front Desk & Sales Associate is the first point of contact for our members and prospective clients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving membership sales, cleaning, and ensuring smooth studio operations. This individual is a friendly, organized, and sales-oriented multi-tasker.

Qualifications

• Strong management and leadership abilities
• Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services
• Willingness to learn
• Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
• Motivation to sell and learn sales techniques
• Excellent customer service
• Understanding of technology and how multiple platforms integrate
• Previous experience using Mindbody Platform is a bonus
• A keen eye for cleanliness and organization
• Experience or understanding of proper cleaning techniques

Job Requirements

• Sell memberships and retail
• Make multiple friendly sales phone calls per shift
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Increase client participation energetically
• Set up and reset studio equipment before, during and after classes
• Maintain clean facility
• Manage client accounts
• Experience with social media and willingness to use it

Compensation

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
