Front Desk Representative (Donor Services Rep)

About the Role

As a Donor Services Representative at our Longwood location, you will support the center’s mission by delivering excellent customer service to donors and the public. Your duties include:

• Calling donors to confirm and schedule blood collection appointments.
• Registering donors, confirming identity, and accurately recording donor information on paper forms and in electronic records.
• Answering calls and providing courteous assistance to the public and other blood center employees.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clerical/administrative, customer service, and outbound calling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with the public and making phone calls.

Schedule

Full‑time (30+ hours per week). Hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 7:30 am – 2:30 pm, and one Saturday per month.

Pay

Hourly wage begins at $15.00 per hour. Bilingual candidates receive a pay increase after completion of training.
