Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team members, or take messages as needed.
- Maintain the front desk area, keeping it clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members.
- Aid with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Provide general information about the company and services to clients and visitors.
- Handle basic inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with office equipment (phone systems, computers, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain a positive and courteous attitude when interacting with clients and staff.
