Responsibilities
Answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing information to residents, guests, and team members.
Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining records.
Assisting with daily activities for residents as needed.
Requirements

- Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay calm in emergency situations
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel
- Ability to multitask
- Experience working with the elderly
- Customer service experience required
- Dependable and positive attitude
