Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties, including answering phones, scanning documents, and making appointments.
• Provide customer service and point‑of‑care assistance at patient check‑in and check‑out.
• Assist physicians with requests for medical reports from other offices.
• For satellite locations: obtain vitals, patient information, patient history, and review current medications.
• Operate electronic health records.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA protocols.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, continuous experience performing the described responsibilities.
• Good judgment, organizational ability, and initiative.
• Attention to detail, self‑motivation, and ability to anticipate physician needs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and versatile.
• Compliance with HIPAA confidentiality standards.
• Proficiency with relevant technology is required.
