Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in person, by phone, and via email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services, office procedures, and general inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in and security procedures are followed.
- Route customer or visitor requests and concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Aid in resolving basic inquiries and ensuring proper follow-up to maintain satisfaction.
Minimum requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
