Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow.
• Aid in managing patient records and paperwork.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs.
• Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with patient information.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, electronic health records, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
