About the role
The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests. The individual must handle various guest requests, inquiries, and issues, and follow up on such circumstances while delivering exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform guest registration and cashiering duties efficiently.
- Address guest requests, inquiries, and issues promptly.
- Follow up on guest concerns to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and use front‑office systems.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Previous front‑office experience preferred.
- Prior New York experience preferred.
- Experience with Opera and Micros computer systems is a plus.
- Flexible schedule availability.
