Greet guests upon arrival

Assist with requests during the guests stay

Ensure efficient and timely transactions upon departure

Answer the phone, perform office tasks, and assist members and guests with queries and information they may need during their stay

Be comfortable with over-the-phone and face-to-face interactions

Have basic computer skills

Reports to

Front Desk Manager and Assistant Front Desk Manager

Pay

$16 - $17 per hour
