Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and parents with warmth, energy, and professionalism.
• Manage multi-line phones, patient inquiries, and accurate appointment scheduling.
• Keep day-to-day administrative tasks organized, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless, cheerful, and efficient daily patient flow.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional customer service experience (dental or medical front office experience is a bonus).
• Confidence handling multi-line phone systems and basic computer software.
• Excellent communication skills, a warm professional presence, and sharp attention to detail.
• A can-do attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to grow into a long-term role.
• Successful pre-employment drug screening (this is a safety-sensitive position).

Pay

$18.25 per hour (depending on experience).
