Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and assist with check-in and pick-up
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule estimates, repairs, and follow-up appointments
- Aid customers with basic repair status questions and general information
- Cope with estimators, managers, and technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate customer and repair records in the system
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable
- Support customer satisfaction and delivery process
Qualifications
- Customer service or receptionist experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
- Automotive, dealership, or collision center experience preferred (not required)
